Dr. Jessica Nazareth is a Naturopathic Doctor focusing on reproductive and hormonal health. She has a special interest in PMOS, endometriosis, fertility menstrual concerns.
Knowing early on that she wanted to become a naturopathic doctor, Dr. Jess completed an Honours degree in Health Sciences with a minor in Psychology before earning her Doctor of Naturopathy at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Ontario. Drawn to reproductive health from the very beginning, she sought out every opportunity to deepen her expertise, immersing herself in topics such as PMOS, menstrual health, fertility, endometriosis, and PMS. During her internship year, she was selected for additional training in reproductive health and fertility, further solidifying her commitment to this area.
Her mission is to help people feel informed, empowered, and deeply connected to their bodies so they can live healthier and more pleasure-filled lives.
In her clinical practice, Dr. Jess takes an evidence-based, patient-centered approach, integrating research, clinical experience, and individual goals and values. She prioritizes in-depth history taking, targeted lab testing, and root-cause assessment to offer comprehensive, individualized treatment.
